Fitness & Diet

How we treat our body is so important to our happiness. Regular exercise and a good diet is known to make us feel better – it gets good hormones pumping through the body, helps us sleep better, improves our productivity, and does a thousand other great things that help us be happy.

You don’t have to run a marathon, and you definitely don’t have to give up the foods you love. But you should set some fitness goals that work for you, your body and your lifestyle.

Why not start by examining your life and setting achievable – but ambitious – fitness goals.

Happiness is all about mindset – as we think, so we are. You can’t feel good 100% of the time, but we can learn how to take control of our emotions and our thoughts, realise when it’s OK to experience negative feelings, discover why we feel that way, and then take steps towards making it a positive.

A big part of our mindset is the relationships we build – personal and professional, friends, family and business partners. I’ve spent a lifetime building and cultivating great relationships in all these areas and I’d love to share with you my thoughts on how you can improve your relationship building.
