Our thoughts determine our choices.
Our choices determine the actions that we take.
Our actions determine the experiences that we have.
The experiences that we have determined our emotions.
Then those emotions circle back around to give us the same thoughts.
So how do we break that cycle?
We break that cycle by intentionally changing our thoughts when we get up each morning instead of going into automatic mode.
It takes time and practice.
